The length of a contract is totally up to you, as our remote workers are contractors and are not tied in like a traditional employee. This gives you the ability to flex your organization to take on new opportunities without the risk of inflexibile traditional employment contracts.

We always tell clients that the greatest saving is not the raw cost it’s availability, by being able to access workers everywhere you can remove the headache of trying to hire staff in the crowded New Zealand market. However, depending on the role and level of experience you are looking for, you can typically expect to save at least 1/3rd compared to a local employee.

It depends on what roles you are looking for, some of our contractors are local New Zealanders with special skill such as web design that work on fixed term contracts to complete specific projects. We have software developers in India that we work with to support IT systems. For accounting and admin support the Philippines is a great location as the time zone works well for New Zealand business and the locals speak great English. In general, we focus on matching the right businesses with the right workers, if you have a problem we can find the people to solve it for you.
